Derrick Rutherford and Julio Rodriguez are the Creative and Artistic directors of Valentini Hair Cocktails Gifts in Guelph, Ontario. They are former Artistic Team members for Matrix Haircare for over 28 years.

Julio’s love for colour and finishing along with Derrick’s passion for cutting, finishing, and business make them a sought after team. They have traveled and explored all over Northern America, South America, Europe and Asia sharing their talent and humour with stylist and students.

They love working on their own collections yearly for competition and presentations. They have won numerous awards such as CONTESSA, INTERNATIONAL BEAUTY AWARDS, multi finalist in NAHA, ONE SHOT and LIVE FASHION HAIR.
